Rightling

Bookings, galleries and invoices. In one place.

From hobby shooters and wedding photographers to studios delivering for global brands. Every job runs as a guided five-step flow, the emails send themselves, and proof of ownership is recorded on everything you upload.

Included in: Solo and Pro.

Get found and booked without building a website.

A page of your own at rightling.io/yourname, with your work, your prices and your reviews, where clients book you directly and buyers order prints and original pieces without leaving the page.

Every job follows five clear steps.

Set up, Booking, Proofing, Delivery, Payment. You always see what is done, who you are waiting on, and the one thing to do next.

Share one link. Clients book a time themselves.

They pick a session, a day and a free time inside your hours, and pay the deposit. The job then opens in your workspace by itself, with everything filled in. A wedding books the whole day.

A booking only counts once the deposit is paid.

You set the deposit as a percentage of each session type, and the slot is not confirmed until that money has actually arrived, so a cancelled booking never costs you a Saturday.

Send a quote your client accepts online.

Packages and add-ons on one page. Your client picks one and accepts, and the total becomes the fee on the job and in the agreement, by itself.

Agreements signed online, before the shoot.

A full photography agreement is drafted from the job details and signed by both of you on any phone. It is stored with the job, not in your inbox, and your own terms can be the starting point every time.

Releases signed on a phone at the shoot.

One per person, signed on screen before anyone leaves, or photograph a paper release and keep it with the job.

Send a questionnaire before the shoot.

Ready-made sets for weddings, portraits, newborns and commercial work, or your own questions. Answered on their phone, printed for the day, and you can ask one more question later on the same link.

Photos with closed eyes are caught for you.

Every face is checked for closed eyes as you upload, so the group shot where Auntie blinked is set aside before it ever reaches the gallery.

Your client picks the photos before you edit.

They tick the photos they want, leave a note on any single shot, and draw straight on the photo or drop a pin where something should change, so you only spend your evenings editing the ones they actually chose, the way they want them.

Your client’s picks show up in Lightroom.

Our Lightroom Classic plugin drops the chosen photos into a collection, and sends your finished edits back when you are done. No plugin? One click copies the picked filenames for the Library filter.

Clients get their photos once they have paid.

Your client sees the photos in a gallery with your name on it, watermarked until the invoice is paid. Then the full-size files unlock by themselves. Save the gallery settings once and reuse them on the next job.

One page where your client finds everything.

One link per job with the quote, the agreement, the questions, the photos and the invoice, sorted into what needs them, what is done, and what is coming.

Proper invoices, numbered the moment they go out.

Your logo, your VAT rate, your own number series, deposits and balances, with a card payment link built in and the number only spent when the invoice is actually sent.

Clients pay without you having to ask.

Deposits, balances and print orders are paid by card, straight into your own Stripe account. Each one is asked for at the right moment, so you never have to.

Import your clients and jobs from your old tool.

Export from Studio Ninja, Pixieset, HoneyBook or a spreadsheet and drop the file in. The columns are matched for you, clients you already have are reused, and one click undoes the whole import.

Never miss a licence expiry date again.

Who has what, for how long, on which channels, instead of a folder of PDFs and a memory of what you agreed.

Upload an old contract and the terms fill themselves in.

Dates, fee, currency and usage rights are pulled out of the document so historic licences join the system without retyping.

Every job, from first enquiry to final payment.

One login replaces the separate subscriptions most photographers stitch together: booking, quotes, contracts, questionnaires, client emails, galleries, invoicing and licensing.

  • Booking with times and deposits. Clients book a day and a start time and pay a deposit up front, straight into your calendar.
  • Quotes, agreements, questionnaires. Accepted, signed and answered online, all stored on the job.
  • Emails that send themselves. Reminders in your words, at the right moment, with a pause for any client.
  • Galleries that unlock on payment. Branded, watermarked delivery that opens the moment the invoice is paid, and tells you what they did.

Who it is for

  • Photographers. Wedding, event, portrait and commercial photographers alike. Every job from the first enquiry to the final balance, without six subscriptions holding it together.

Questions photographers ask.

Which emails go out on their own?
Reminders for an unanswered quote, an unsigned agreement, an unanswered questionnaire, the shoot itself and an unpaid invoice. Each has one rule with a number of days you can change, and you can switch any of them off or pause them for a single job. You edit the wording once under Settings, and every email goes out in your name with replies coming to you.
How does a booking become a job?
A client picks a session type, an open day and a start time inside your weekly hours on your public page and pays the deposit. The slot is only held once that money arrives, and the job opens in your workspace at the same moment, already carrying the client, the date and the session details.
When do clients sign agreements and releases?
The photography agreement is drafted from the job details and signed by both of you on any device before the shoot. Model releases are signed on screen at the shoot, one per person, and filed against the job.
How does proofing work?
Your client ticks the photos they want in a proofing gallery and can leave a note on any single shot. Their picks drop into a Lightroom Classic collection through our plugin, and your finished edits come back the same way.
When do clients get their full-resolution files?
The delivery gallery shows watermarked previews and releases the full-resolution files automatically the moment the invoice is paid, so you are never the one chasing a balance.
Do client galleries count toward my monitoring quota?
No. Only images you choose to monitor count toward your plan. Client galleries and portfolio uploads are free.
What can I cancel if I switch?
A common set-up is Studio Ninja Pro for booking, contracts and invoicing ($27 a month), Pixieset Client Gallery Plus for client galleries ($20) and Pixieset Website Plus for a portfolio site ($15): $62 a month, billed monthly at public prices in October 2026. HoneyBook Starter, which now includes galleries, is $36. Rightling Solo covers the whole job, from the booking and the signed agreement to proofing, delivery and the paid invoice, for $19 a month with 200 GB of photo storage, and your public page at rightling.io/yourname can stand in for a portfolio site. You can try it free for a month without a card.
Can I move over from another tool?
Yes. Export your clients and jobs from Studio Ninja, Pixieset, HoneyBook or a spreadsheet as a CSV and import the file under Jobs. The columns are matched for you, clients you already have are reused instead of duplicated, and you can undo the whole import in one click. Photos, galleries and contracts stay where they were.
