For each copy, you choose what happens.
Every copy we find gives you two choices. You pick for each one, and nothing happens until you do.
We find the right person to contact.
Sites that copy photos often hide who runs them. We find the owner, so your claim reaches someone who can act on it.
We do all the talking. You write nothing.
You approve the case. We write to them, agree the price and send the invoice, without you writing a single email.
You keep 70% of every payment we recover.
Most services keep half. We keep 30%, and only if we recover something.
The other side gets a simple page to settle.
They get a clear page with the evidence, the price and a way to pay. Most cases end there, without lawyers.
Letters from IP lawyers, backed by evidence.
Every Letter of Demand is grounded in blockchain-timestamped evidence and designed to hold up in court, across multiple jurisdictions.
- Letters of Demand by IP lawyers. Legally-backed notices, sent on your behalf.
- Multi-jurisdiction enforcement. Strong results across North America, Europe and many Asian markets.
Who it is for
- Photographers. An image runs in a national campaign without a licence. You choose whether it comes down or gets paid for.
- Artists & illustrators. A print shop is selling your drawing. A letter that carries legal weight lands with whoever actually runs the site.
- Brands. Your product photos and logo turn up on a reseller's shop. Have them removed, or invoice the use.
Questions about takedowns and payments.
- What happens when an infringement is found?
- You receive an alert with the source URL, screenshot, and similarity score. From your dashboard, choose to: mark it as authorized use, send a DMCA takedown notice, or pursue compensation.
- How do DMCA takedowns work?
- When you select takedown, we generate a legally-compliant DMCA notice and send it to the hosting provider. Most platforms remove content within 24-72 hours. You can track status in your dashboard.
- How does compensation recovery work?
- Choose the compensation option and Rightling handles everything: we prepare documentation, contact the infringer, negotiate settlement terms, and track communication. You approve the final amount before we collect.
- Can I choose both removal AND compensation?
- For each match, you choose one path. If compensation negotiations fail, you can always escalate to a takedown. Our Letters of Demand typically include a removal deadline as leverage.
- What is the success rate for compensation recovery?
- Success depends on jurisdiction, infringer response, and local enforcement. We achieve strong results in North America, Europe, and many Asian markets. Some territories like China and Russia remain challenging to enforce.
